A good arancino. But the pistachio flavor isn't very intense.

After talking about the excellent pistachio ice cream cake at Caffè Mon Chery, in Catania, it's time to find out if their pistachio arancino is just as good.
The arancino is well-made, both in terms of frying and rice quality; furthermore, the appearance of the filling is wonderful: a large mass with a beautiful emerald green color. Unfortunately, upon tasting, even though the flavor is good, the pistachio is barely noticeable. They should probably increase the amount of pistachio, and it would also be nice to find some chopped pistachio bits inside.
Ultimately, an arancino that is certainly better than many others that are far more famous, but with a barely hinted pistachio flavor, which leads to a rating of only 3 pistachios.
