One of the best and most pistachio-packed burgers around!
N'Acchianata (meaning "on the climb" in Sicilian) is the best burger joint in Catania and the surrounding area, with 3 locations available:

In some burgers, you'll find the "pistachio chili," which is essentially a "white pistachio ragù," truly exceptional and unmissable (one of my absolute favorite things!). In other burgers, you'll find the "pistachio cream," which is a sort of very thick "pistachio pesto" with very little oil, also excellent.
The pistachio percentage is always very high, with an intense yet balanced flavor that pairs perfectly with the other ingredients.
Their burgers are delicious, with quality ingredients and well-studied combinations, offering an extremely satisfying and tasty experience that never feels cloying or unbalanced.
A very important feature is that, despite the "foodporn" look, the flavors are actually perfectly balanced and the burger doesn't feel heavy. With every bite, you can perceive the study and professionalism behind it.
The non-pistachio burgers are also fantastic, but obviously, in this review, pistachio is the star of the show.
They have several pistachio burgers, and they are so good that I've tried them all! Here are a few:
Oru Viddi
Beef patty, cheese, speck, arugula, pure pistachio cream, fresh potatoes
Pollu Ermanos Viddi
Chicken with crispy cornflake breading, pistachio cream, sautéed arugula, veal pistachio chili (it's not spicy!), and cheese
Cili Ot Dog Viddi
Smoked pork sausage, veal pistachio chili (it's not spicy!), and cheese.
Among the three, this one has the heaviest flavor since the sausage is smoked.
The ones without pistachio are also delicious and worth trying! The pistachio fries are excellent too.
