Interesting pistachio breading, but you can't taste the pistachio on the inside.
New Paradise is one of the most famous bars in Palermo thanks to its constant innovation. I have tried many of their products, including their pistachio arancine, both sweet and savory.
The savory arancina features an interesting pistachio breading on the outside that really impressed me, because I have never seen them made this well (and with a noticeable pistachio flavor).
However, I couldn't taste the pistachio on the inside because the cheese used, along with the numerous meat cubes, completely masks the flavor.
I hope they can revise the recipe and the balance of the filling, especially since the appearance is truly unique and unlike anything I've seen before.
