Pistachio Arancina - Cantunera (Ragusa Ibla)

Very well-filled and tasty, but the pistachio is almost imperceptible.

"Cantunera Ibla" is a street food spot in Ragusa Ibla that offers a wide selection of arancine. We tried a few, including the pistachio one.

The breading is dry and crunchy, perhaps slightly too thick, encasing rice with a very simple flavor, but above all, a huge amount of filling.

The pistachio flavor is barely noticeable, as it is overpowered by the meat. The arancina is therefore tasty, but not very focused on the pistachio.
