Good frying, but the filling gets lost in the rice.

Pasticceria F.lli Atanasio, in Paternò, offers a wide selection of tavola calda items, including the pistachio arancino.

The frying is well-executed; it’s not greasy and is quite crispy. The rice, in my opinion, is overly plain, but above all, too abundant compared to the filling, which consequently gets lost. I obviously hope they decide to improve it, because the potential for a good pistachio arancino is definitely there.

I definitely preferred their pistachio cartocciata.
