Available in 2 versions:
- Paccheri with pistachio, guanciale, and stracciatella (photo above)
- Pistachio cacio e pepe spaghetti (photo below)
In both, the pistachio flavor is very intense and the creaminess is a real treat.
My favorite is the cacio e pepe, because the combination of cacio and pistachio creates an incredible flavor, but the paccheri are also exceptional.
